Is online therapy effective?

Yes. Research shows virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person counseling for many concerns, including anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth for Colorado residents.

Who do you work with?

I provide individual online therapy for adults in Colorado facing:

  • Anxiety
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship and family conflicts
  • Parenting challenges
  • Divorce and separation
  • Self-esteem struggles

Do you offer therapy for couples, teens, or children?

I currently work with individual adults only.

How do I start therapy?

We begin with a free consultation to:

  • Discuss your goals
  • Answer questions
  • Review next steps

What therapy approaches do you use?

I use a mix of:

  • ACT
  • CBT
  • DBT
  • EMDR
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Solution-Focused Therapy

Do you take insurance?

Yes — I’m in-network with Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, Quest, Carelon, and United Healthcare. Billing is handled through Headway.

What if you’re out-of-network with my insurance?

I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, and I accept HSA cards.

How much does therapy cost?

  • $150 per 55-minute session
  • Insurance may lower out-of-pocket costs depending on your plan

Do you see clients outside of Colorado?

No, I only work with clients located in Colorado.

How long will I need therapy?

It depends on your needs. Some people attend therapy for a few months; others find longer-term support helpful. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy continues to meet your goals.
